Skills Assessments

The accuracy and competence of an applicant software and/or data entry skills are important for on-the-job success, and are determined before our candidates begin working for you.

Office automation testing for commonly used software such as Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access is administered on an individual basis, along with data entry, and an evaluation on spelling, grammar, reasoning, and math abilities.

Additional testing options are available for skills such as typing, transcription, and 10-key.

Test results determine a candidate's skills at the beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels. Access Staffing uses QWIZ computer testing.

As a professional courtesy, customized testing for your specific hiring requirements is an available option.

Orientations for our candidates to familiarize them with your workplace procedures and expectations are another professional courtesy available.
