Our comprehensive screening process identifies candidates who possess the skills, experience, and talent to fulfill your hiring needs.

Minor details are important, and deserve attention. From the moment a resume is received at Access Staffing, it is evaluated on many levels including relevant skills sets, accuracy, and steadiness of employment.

Once a resume has met our initial criteria, only then are personal, comprehensive interviews conducted with the selected individuals. Candidates are screened for long-term success by considering qualities such as character, personality, and professional goals to ensure that you receive the best possible employee for the job.

In addition to various skills assessments discussed below, reference checking is performed on every candidate prior to being placed with your organization. Our standard procedure is to verify the past 10 years of employment, or three separate references.

You have the option to require a pre-employment drug screen. Our office will schedule this for you after an offer of employment has been made to our candidate. This service is invoiced to your organization at our cost.
