Access Staffing Inc. is a woman-owned small business established in 1997 in Beavercreek, Ohio. We are owner-operated, and committed to hiring proven, successful associates every time. Our management team has a combined total of 20 years of experience in the staffing industry. We are proud members of the American Staffing Association, and the Beavercreek Chamber of Commerce. Access Staffing is a people business with a strong belief in building lifelong relationships with our clients and employees.

Overview of Services

We hire for Temporary positions, however, our greatest strength is partnering with client companies and associates to fulfill long term projects and Temp-to-Hire openings. Payroll-Hire, Skills Testing, Direct-Hire, HR Assistance. Preparation are additional services we provide.

The primary coverage area that Access Staffing serves is southwestern Ohio. Specifically, our emphasis is in the Greene, Montgomery, and Clark county areas including the cities of Dayton, Springfield, and Xenia, Ohio. With links to nationwide staffing contacts, we have the capability to hire anywhere in the United States.
